The following steps will guide you through how to file a complaint on a designated e-mail address
1) We care about our investors and their grievances. That’s why we have created a dedicated e-mail for you to reach out to us with any issues or queries. Please use the dedicated e-mail ID grievance@profitmart.in only for investor complaints and queries.
2) When you send us a complaint, please include the following details:
- Your registered e-mail ID
- Your name and client code
- A brief summary of your complaint
