How To Track Complaints or Tickets At Profitmart

Profitmart account holders can track complaints or tickets by following these steps

1) You will receive a Ticket ID when you file a complaint. You can use this Ticket ID to check the status of your complaint by calling us at “020 4911 9119”.

2) We will send you a resolution of your complaint to your registered e-mail ID. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can re-open the complaint using the same Ticket ID and provide additional information.

3) If you are still not satisfied with the resolution or the feedback, you can escalate the complaint to higher levels. You can find the contact details of the higher authorities in the “Escalation Matrix” on the Contact Us page of our website.
